have the program loaded?

You want to use a Powerpoint slide for a coversheet for a

Generally:
Print it on the intended printer and change anything you don't like about
it.
Repeat until there's nothing left not to like.

Not asked, but can be very useful: if you want some text to appear on top
of a shape, instead of drawing a text box over the shape simply select
the shape and start typing. This will add the text directly to the shape,
and so will be easier to manage as the text will move around with the
shape.
