Need Script for Scrolling Text Driven by MDB

I need a Verticaly scrolling Text Marquee, where the text
for displaying is retrieved from an access MDB table. Can
anyone advise me on how to do this or if they know of a
script site that has a ready made script for this purpose.
 
Do a search using the IE address bar as:

or
