Hello,
I have a report with 6 pages of detail and then a calulation in the report
footer. The report prints fine but puts the footer on a separate page even
though there is plenty of room on the previous page. I do not have a "force
new page" on the footer and cannot find where I can change this default
setting.

There is no such default setting -- I just added new report footers with one
Calculated Control, in each case to calculate the number of records (
=Count([uniqueID]) and each appears on the same page as the last record...
the records and footer each are just a few lines. The properties that are
possibly pertinent, as generated by Access for the Report Footer are

Force New Page..... None
New Row or Col.....None
Keep Together.........Yes
Visible......................Yes
Can Grow................No
Can Shrink...............No

Thanks for your input but this doesn't answer my question. I have the same
settings as you listed below. The report was created using Report
Autoformats "Corporate" style which might be the issue. I am very familiar
with MS Access and I have never seen this before - this question was
forwarded to me by one of my users.
