need replacement desktop locking utility

I need to replace the current ctrl-alt-del desktop lock utility with one
that will do the following:

1) locks the desktop on ctrl-alt-del
2) logs the user out if the desktop is not unlocked within 10-20 minutes.

This can be either a dll replacement or some sort of add-on program. My
budget is low (ok, $0), so cost is an issue.

You will not be able to find anything that will respond to C-A-D.

Look into winexit.scr from the Resource Kit.
