Need recommendations for a PCI video card

From the research i once did, ATI makes the best at a decent price
ATI makes the 9000 series with 128 mb of memory,ATI makes it for VisionTek
compuvest.com retails it for about 75.00,visiontek has great cust. service fo
help/info also,for the money its hard to beat,all ATI cards use the same drivers
