I do not want to automatically send email for security reasons.

Thanks for letting us know, but no one is keeping records of this.

However, if you have a question in the future about security for your
Microsoft Access database, then please feel free to post that question here,
and we'll try to answer it.

There is a setting somewhere in options you can change.

I can't remember where it is, but you'd get a better response if you posted
in a newsgroup for Outlook. This newsgroup is about Access, the database
product.
