Need program to help monitor changes on a webpage

I s there a freeware program that will tell me when a particular webpage has
had a change made to it? I've been trying to cash in some points I earnrd
for a prize and every time I visit the page, the prizes have all been
snapped up before I got there. :(

This free web-based notification programme is just the ticket. I have
used it - they are reliable, and they won't spam you either.

I use http://www.urlywarning.com/ to run on my desktop. You can schedule
checks for changes the minute they change.

URLywarning is "free", but it is no longer supported. You can download it
