need printer reset code epson stylus 460

Had problems with the epson stylus color 460 print heads whacking into the
side and griding noise can be heard can anybody help with the reset code.

Have you tried lubricating the silver guide bar with silicone based
lubricant? That is probably what the problem is.

The reset code won't help with whacking and grinding.....

No i've not tryed the lubricating the silver bar i'll give it a try Thanks.
