Need PFD converter to jpg, tif...

I need a pfd converter bitmap, jpeg, tiff or any other
standard graphic format...

I found a trial version of one some time ago, but it had a
large seal across 2+" of the corner... I can handle a
header/footer that doesn't interfere with the original if
need be...

Why not just use your print screen button and take a screen shot and crop it
in any photo editor
