Need P4P800 Soundmax MIDI chart

If anyone knows where I can find a MIDI implementation chart that
contains the list of sounds and banks of sounds for the built in
Soundmax audio, please let me know.

It's General MIDI. You only need to find one for the dlx it's using, which
is GM anyway.
