Need Outlook-like Calendar but don't want Outlook

For whatever reasons I can not install Outlook into my newtwork. I love the
Outlook
Calendar especially the Appointmnet and Task setting as well as the pop-up
reminder. What Microsoft Calendar (or other downloadable) would fuldfill
this need?
 
Outlook is Microsoft's only calendar application. If you want to look for others, try your favorite search engine.
