Need option to keep or delete a note I am sending??

I would like to set up my e-mail to give me the option of keeping or deleting
a note I am sending.
 
I don't think there's a way to get an interactive prompt to save or not. You
can configure Outlook to do either or use the Rules Wizard to automatically
figure out which to save & which to not save
