Need multiple sections in the detail section of the report.

I need to create a report that has multiple sections. These sections are
actually levels at which people have paid money in over the years. People
will move from one level to the next as they pay in more money. Each of
these levels need to have a 2 to 3 line heading and this heading needs to
print even if no one currently is at that level. I have already created
queries breaking the people out into the individual levels but I am unsure
how to bring all of the information back together and place it all into one
report in the different levels.

Typically, you should creat a single query that has all the
data needed in the report, including something that can be
used to determine the level. Then you can use the report's
Sorting and Grouping (View menu) to specfy the level as a
group with header.
