need MS access book with excersizes

I'm looking for a bok on beinging to program with MS access. I have a power
programming book and it's assumes you have already programmed in access or
visual basic.

I know how about relational databases and I have formerly programmed in C
language on Unix systems. I'm trying to go to MSAccess for smal business
applications.
