How can I open more than one instance of powerpoint. I'm working between
two presentations and want to see both at the same time.

Any ideas ... it can't be difficult ... can it?

Oops ... I think I asked that question wrong. I have two monitors and I
want to move the other instance of powerpoint to the other monitor.
thanks.

You can open both the presentations in the same instance of PowerPoint and
then select "Window" | "Arrange All" menu item to see both of them
side-by-side.

Start PPT, stretch it so it fills both monitors, then open your presentations
and arrange so that one's on one screen the other's on the other.

You don't get menus on both sides but thems' the breaks with single instance
apps. ;-)

Hmmm ... yes ... that would work (not the best scenario) but I think it'll
allow me to do what I need. thanks!

Thanks Steve,
It wasn't entirely what I was after, but it kind-a helped, so I did use it.
Thanks for the suggestion.
