Need more info

I originally asked what bit OS was XP and W2K the reply I got was 32 / 64
depending on what version I got. I shaould have also asked if they are
backward compatable? would 16 bit apps still run in their environment??

Sometimes
Some older apps will run with XP
Some will only run with XP in compatibility mode
Some won't run
