Need More Help w/OE

I cannot switch IDs in Outlook Express. I went to the
critical update page and checked for updates I didn't
have. However, I have all of them. I tried uninstalling
and reinstalling the updates. However, an error message
said that I could not install them until I installed
SP1. Sp1 IS installed! I tried downloading and
reinstalling Sp1. However, an error message said the
version I have on my hard drive is newer than the one I
just downloaded and the installation terminated. Your
help is appreciated.

You may want to download this patch again and install it. See "How to
Download Windows Updates and Drivers from the Windows Update Catalog
on Windows XP" (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=323166) for help
with this.
