We are using Cisco VoIP AVVID system and we have VoIP
hones on their own vlan. It is 10.168.110.0 network with
a 24 bit mask. We have just about maxed the available
addres out. I have been told that I couls change to mask
to 16 bits and that would increase the number addesses.
If this is true, I sould be possible to change the range
of addtesses when setting up a new scope to accomadate the
number of addtesses.

Is this true?

yes. 10 is a class a address. Why you would want that many addresses on a
single subnet is beyond me. Why don't you subnet the traffic for
efficiency??

.

While this is true, don't do it!!!

Subnet it. Got a switch? Create a new vlan. Got a router?
Create a new interface.

Good luck
