Need macro to create Text Box

I use Excel 2002 . I need a macro to create a text box with the properties
not to resize with cells, and print with page. I've had a little VB, but not
enough to help me me write this macro. My text box icon is no longer on my
drawing toolbar(...its a long story...), or I'd use it to record the macro
I want, then assign it to a custom toolbar button.

I'm copying textboxes from other spreadsheets, then deleting their contents
to get a text box when I need it now

With a short ending. At the right end of Drawing toolbar, there's a little
dropdown. Hover over it to see the "More Buttons" tooltip. Click it and "Add
or Remove Buttons" pops up. Hover over *that* and you can reinstate the Text
Box tool.
