Need launcher to launch programs in zip files

Is there a launcher that can launch files that are zipped?
Winzip allows me to do this at home (sort of) but I can't
take it everywhere I go. It's just not practical.

Don't know if this is what you mean as I don't have winzip but there is
a program called ZipInstaller.
