Need installer1.0 Dell wiped out

I need Windows Installer 1.0. Dell tech had me use a
registry cleanout tool. But what I needed was to use the
registry migration tool. Now I don't have 1.0 to migrate.
Changed file system from FAT32 to NTFS and SP3 didn't
migrate the 1.0 data files to 2.0 correctly. Office
doesn't work right. Needs Installer 1.0 . Can't seem to
be able to find it to download and install. Any help
would be much appreciated. Or another work-around.

Converting file systems does NOT affect system files.
Office will install with newer versions of Installer,
Sounds like a corrupt version. Download it again from
Microsoft again.
