need IE 6 for reinstall offline

I have a client with WinME whose IE 6 no longer works after someone else
cleaned up sobig virus. Is there some source online or on a CD I might
own that I can use to install the bulk of this as she doesn't have a
working browser and only has dialup ( we also don't want to wait for a
11-75MB download and I need to get her back online pronto so I can't
wait for the mailorder CD).

Is there a site where I can dowload (legally) IE 6 (not just the 470K
setup program) to my system and put it on a CD to take over to her
system?

I have licensed (and activated) copy of XP Pro, can I install IE 6 from
this and then just go to MS site and do Windows update to get the SP1
version and fixes?

I guess I could install Netscape so at least she has a working browser,
since they provide a full download package unlike the Microsoft Download
site.
