Need IBM disk install utility

Got 3 IBM drives from a local shop. They are puls. Went to to the
IBM/Hitachi site to get their format install utility. All my boxes are
Win98SE and where Disk Manager is listed they have this message:
" Disk Manager is no longer available for download on our site,
because systems with Windows XP and 2000 don't require it."

If anyone knows where this program is on the net or will email it to
me I will be very thankful.

I found this in a google groups search for:

ibm "disk manager" download

works great. That one works from in Windows. The one I always used
made a floppy that ran in DOS.

The post I found it in said it contained within it the old DOS version
as well. However, I cannot vouche for the accuracy of someone else's
postings retrieved in the google archive :-)
