Need hotfix for graphic problem

Under Tools the drop down menu leaves a shadow of itself on my screen. How
do I fix this without having to shut down and restart?
 
Windows version?

WinXP SP2? Is the machine fully up-to-date at Windows Update? Are you
running IE7 Beta3 by chance?
