need Hotfix 824226 - very urgent pls help

hi folks!

After i installed SP4 on my domain controllers they are
constantly rebooting! I have isolated the problem and need
the above mentioned Hotfix to fix it. (824226 - LSASS May
Cause an Access Violation During an LDAP Search /
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=824226)
But i wasnt able to get the patch by telephone. Some
microsoft employee told me that there are no technicians
working on weekends who can server my request and i should
call back on monday. ha ha ha! I already tried to get the
patch yesterday but nobody called me back. ("a technician
will call u back within 3 hours") After 3 hours i called
back and i was told to call again tomorrow. So here i
am ...
Can somebody pls help me obtaining this hotfix?!?
Do i need the hotfix in a specific language?

Now i have 2 Files:

Which one do i have to install?

what it has to do with Rebooting ?
I have SP4 installed in my DC for about a month now, no problem. No reboot.
So, how do you tell that this reboot requires that patch.... ????

I see that 828297 superseed this, the new is downloadable?

Hi, Eric

I'am in Italy, I called Microsoft Italia at 7/10/03, at 8/10 i received a
module to complile and send them. I send the module at 8/10/03 and until now
NO hotfix received :-((

When you called did you say that all you wanted was the hotfix? I'm not sure
why it is that you wouldn't get it. We give them out all the time. When you
first call in you would want to say that all you want is hotfix XXXXXX.

Hi, Eric

Yes I told them tha I need only the hotfix, but the procedure is ALL by fax.
Anyway an half hour past a they call me....
Now I'm waiting for the link and instruction to download the fix.
