First, check the recycle bin and see if the shortcut is in there. If it is,
just r-click it and select restore. If it isn't there, go to Start>Run, type
in "system32"(no quotes) and look for the icon, "osk"(on screen keyboard).
R-click it and select Send to desktop-create shortcut. That will put it on
the desktop and then you can move it wherever you want.
