can anyone tell me what does This mean , i try to go on a
web site to check on a rebate( i have done before ) but
this time i get Microsoft VBScript runtime error 800a0046,
permission denied, /consumer/register.asp,line71. i don't
know what this means nor do i know how to fix it. i could
use any help please.
