Hi, I am having a problem in that when I open a web page
on my IE such as hotmail. it only fills about 1/3 of my
sceen (where the IE is fully open) on the top left side
only and the rest of the IE page is plain white. the same
if I go to CNN it fills about 1/3 of the screen and the
rest is white. and if I go to CNET or Yahoo then their
pages are filled in the middle of the screen with about 2-
3 inches blank on each side.

does any one know what I need to do or how I can resolve
this problem. this is a new Dell computer and they have
no Idea on anything that I ask them for. Please help...
thank you very much. you can respond to me back at

A couple of nights ago I was looking around online and the next morning I
checked my email
and everything was centered. It wasn't just like that in Hotmail. It was
like
that on every site. I was wondering if anyone knew how that changed and if
they do how
I can get it back to normal.

Answer by Mike Burgess:
Jacob,
Sounds like "Use my Style Sheet" ......
Internet Options | General [tab] | Accessibility [button]
Any options selected there? Note: by default all 4 should be unchecked.
