After I download music off of online and it is on my
desktop, I go to try and open it up and a pop-up comes up
that says"Administrative Privilages are required to
install ----- please consult your microsoft windows help
support". Can you please help me and tell me what this
means.

Does it only happen to music on your desktop. Because it
may be that an application you've installed is trying to
set up registry entries for the first time you've run the
program. Try logging on as an administrative account,
opening the files and then logging out and then back on
as yourself.
