If you're using Live Mail, you should ask in a support forum for Live Mail.
This discussion group supports Windows Mail, a different product found in
Windows Vista.

Please explain what you mean by "live mail".
The newsgroup to which you posted is dedicated to supporting the
Windows Mail program.

If you *are* using Windows Mail, which antivirus are you using, and
what does the exact error message say?
