I was wondering if anyone could help me. I was asked the question:
List and briefly describe the important non-email features of
Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager to the business?

Sure, here are a few:

1. The ability to have Contacts contained within Accounts which is more
business-like.
2. Tracking Opportunities as they move through the pipeline.
3. Creating and tracking Business Projects and their associated tasks.
4. Having Marketing Campaigns to track marketing efforts and do merges.
5. Using Search Folders to create subsets of all kinds of data in your BCM
database.
6. Linking activities to BCM entities and seeing a History of all your
interactions with that entity in one place.

HTH,
Lon
