NEED HELP

I am running Windows XP home Edition. I have a problem
with programs that won't shut down. When I start my PC I
get a message that BM LAUNCHER didn't shut down. I shut
it down, and re-start, then I get a message that BC Main
Window didn't shut down. I have to shut them down and re-
start my PC. Sometimes I have to do this 3 or 4 times
before I can use my PC.

Sounds like spyware from some "free" program you installed
(see it on my kids PC's all the time)available from many
websites. Go to adaware.com or fileplanet.com, download,
run a scan then remove the offending crap from your pc. in
the future make sure you read the user agreement before
installing this crap
