I have two tables, one with documents produced, one with review dates.

I'm getting this:

DOC AUTHOR RECEIVED DM INITIAL INTERNAL ESD
REDLINE

DOC1 NAME 2SEP05 2 SEP 05
DOC1 NAME 2SEP05 5 SEP05
DOC1 NAME 2SEP05 10
SEP 05
DOC1 NAME 2SEP05
15SEP05
DOC1 NAME 2SEP05 20SEP05
DOC1 NAME 2SEP05
25SEP05
DOC1 NAME 2SEP05
30SEP05

What I want is:

DOC AUTHOR RECEIVED DM INITIAL INTERNAL ESD
REDLINE

DOC1 NAME 2SEP05 2 SEP 05 5 SEP05 10 SEP 05
15SEP05

20SEP05 30SEP05 25SEP05
DOC 2...

Can anyone help me?

Stephanie,
Since each doc only has 1 Rcvd/Initial/Internal/Associated/Redline date
entry associated with it, you could do a Totals query behind your report
with...

DOC Author Rcvd Initial Internal Redline
Group Group Max Max Max Max

That should yield...
Hard Times Dickens 1/1/06 1/15/06 1/28/06 2/14/06

I thought of that. The problem is that the bosses want to see all the dates
the document is reviewed by each group and when it comes back to the editor
for changes.
