Need Help!!!!!!!

This whole deal started when I brought the computer into
a well known electronics store to have the hard drive
replaced in April. After 3 times bringing it back and a
second hard drive, this is the problem I'm left with:

When I start AOL Instant Messenger, it works for about
two responses. Then, I get the "AIM has encountered
difficulties and needs to close" message. The error
signature is:

AppName: aim.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: msvcr70.dll
ModVer: 7.0.9466.0 Offset: 000013d6

Turbo Lister, the Ebay bulk listing program, fails on
startup. the message I get there is: "Turbo Lister has a
problem and needs to close" When it fails, the
error signature is:

AppName: tl.exe AppVer: 2.3.1.0 ModName: msvcr70.dll
ModVer: 7.0.9466.0 Offset: 000013d6

Other than the appname and the appversion, everything is
the same. Is it possible that both programs require the
msvcr70.dll file and it's found in winsys, as opposed to
the individual programs?

When I went to register the file, msvcrdll, I got the
following response "msvcr.dll was loaded but the
DLLregister Server Entry Point was not found. This file
can not be registered."

I've given the store its last chance. Unfortunately, both
AIM and Ebay have been of very little help.I don't know
how to get AIM to answer my questions and Ebay just tells
me to uninstall and reinstall Turbo lister, which I've
done half a dozen times. What next?

This may be caused by a faulty RAM memory module, which

I had before too. If your PC has more than 1 RAM module
installed, try removing one at a time and then rebooting
to check for those problems. And you should run a system
diagnostic test on the memory. Check online for one of
these utilities such as those from this site here;
