NEED HELP

DON'T KNOW EXACTLY WHAT IT IS I NEED HELP WITH SO HERE
GOES IN THE START PAGE - ALL PROGRAMS - ACCESSORIES -
SYSTEM TOOLS HERE IS WHERE MY PROBLEM IS SOMEONE HAS
MESSED WITH MY COMPUTER AND I DON'T KNOW WHERE OR WHEN IT
DISAPPERD BUT THE CLEAN UP IS GONE (THE ONE THAT YOU
CHOICE WHICH OF THE DRIVES C OR D YOU WANT TO CLEAN AND
IT IS QUICK) AND I NEED HELP TRING TO GET IT BACK I HAVE
THE CHARACTER MAP, DISK DEFRAGMENTER, FILES AND SETTING,
HP PAVILION SUPPORT, SCHEDULED TASKS, SYSTEM INFORMATION,
AND THE SYSTEM RESTORE IF YOU CAN HELP ME IT WOULD BE
APPRECATED MY E-MAIL ADDRESS IS

There are several things wrong with this: -

1) Posting all in caps is considered yelling, is incredibly rude and
makes your posts incredibly hard to read.

2) No one is going to bother to read a post without proper punctuation.
Sure, you've sprinkled a few commas here and there (but only because they're
separating the items in a list), but where are the full stops?!

3) This is a peer-to-peer newsgroup, not MS tech support and no one is
going to email you. All you've done, by posting your email address, is added
yourself to the list of every spammer known to humankind. I am certainly not
going to give my email address to someone I don't know!

4) MS does not, will not and cannot assist with OEM (Original Equipment
Manufacturer) installations. As you have an HP system, your only recourse
for support is HP. HP customise their installations and it could end up
quite different from what one might purchase retail, therefore they are the
only people qualified to assist you.

If you go to my computer and open it and then right click
on your C drive and go to properties there is abutton
there to clean up the disk. As for how to get that back
in your accessories you can create a shortcut and in the
target manually enter "%SystemRoot%\System32\cleanmgr.exe"
without the "", and in the start in box "%HOMEDRIVE%%
HOMEPATH%" also without the quotes.
