No bother don’t worry, we all have to learn.

Now go to start>click Run> a box will appear in the box type MSCONFIG > click OK> another box will appear >on the top right hand side you will see STARTUP open that > when accessed you will see a number of programs, each one has a box at the side most of them will have a tick in the box> now look for the name, as an example ntsf, now uncheck the box [take the tick OUT].

Do that with all the offending alerts, when you have done them all close the box down, it will then ask you do you want to restart now or later, click NOW.

The pc will reboot, and hopefully that will solve the problem.

You can always reinstate the program [if something dose not work when you have restarted] by checking it again [put the tick back in] if you understand my meaning?
one question is the PC ok apart from the exe appearing?
If not get back to me.

As far as "registry mechanic goes

I don’t like programs of that nature, as in my opinion they a rip off and they can mess your PC.

What I do is this; copy the offending alerts [make sure it is exactly as it is written] one at a time and search the Internet and find out what they are;

good luck.;)
