NEED HELP

Hi, I have a laptop with MS Windows 2000 Professional
loaded. An earlier collegue of mine has left the firm
with his use name and password as default and have
therefore not been able to get past the login screen.

Is there anyway I can get control of the laptop by
bypassing the login screen or create a new user?
