Hi,

I have a subreport that looks like a spreadsheet. All of
the controls in the Access subreport have solid borders.
The problem is that when I print the subreport, some of
the controls have more lines of information than others.
The result is a spreadsheet that looks like it
has "gaps". How can I fix this??

Thanks for your help!!!

Not sure, but try this. Open the report in design view, use
the mouse to drag the right edge of the white design area
far to the left and let go. It ahould then snap to the left
most position not use by any controls. If it goes back to
where it was before, double check to make sure the width of
the report plus the left and right margins does not exceed
the width of the paper.

Do the same kind of thing to the bottom of the footer
sections.
