NEED HELP WITH XL UPGRADE

Hi all
Need some help, Im running windows XP and have MSexcel
97, how do I upgrade to Excel 2002 or higher without
having to buy a newer version? Is there a web site that
will allow me to upgrade? or any other way I can get a
newer version of excel?
Im grateful for any help you can give

Depends on why the OP is looking to upgrade. Have many clients still running 97
with no problems, have many with multiple version running with no problems
