Need help with user profiles

I have 4 users on my computer. When I install a program the other users
can't access it. The icon appears on the desktop for the other users but
when you double click on the icon I get a message "installing program". I
then get a message that the program could not be installed. The program
however operates without flaw under the main user's account. I have tried
changes the users from limited to admin but it does not help. I believe
something has messed up the other users accounts. Any suggestions???

Somehow I am doubting this is true for all applications. Can you be very
specific about what programs have given you these types of issues?
 
Hello Shenan,

I am having this problem with itunes, Word, Excel to name a few. The
programs use to work for all users but for some reason is only working under
my user account.
