Hello,
Yesterday I shut down my pc as I left work. This morning, there are some
strange problems. The World Wide Web Publishing and SMTP services say
"Starting" instead of "Started" and I cannot determine why they have stopped
working. When I launch IE, it does not display an error, but no web page
appears and the cursor remains an hour glass when moved over where the web
page should be. Mozilla (and other browsers) work fine though. Lastly, if
I try to uninstall any application, the uninstallation appears to freeze
during the middle to last parts, no matter what application.
Any ideas?
