need help with stopping startup items...

hi,
we just had windows 2000 installed on a new computer that
we got and when we had windows 98 we could stop things
from starting up on the computer but now we can't find
where to do that! anyone know? thanks in advance.

There's no msconfig in Win2k, but the one from WinXP will work fine on 2k if
you can get a copy of the file (copy it to c:\winnt\system32).
