need help with stalling on game please

i ran fifa 04 demo and my comp, and it keeps stalling ans
skiping instead of running somth, however my Comp is
above requirements, also the graphics looked kind of
chopy. What is wrong ??

Make sure you've got the latest drivers for your video card.

Check this page if you need to work out what hardware is in your machine:

The two most common graphics cards are the Radeon
(http://www.ati.com/support/driver.html) and the GeForce
(http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp). If it's anything else
check the manufactures site and they should have drivers, in either the
download or support sections.

Also make sure you've got no other applications running in the background.

It's probably also worth reading the 'Read Me' file (usually can be found in
the same folder as the game itself, and on the Start Menu).
