need help with setting icons back to default

i have messed up my icon settings for the following file types:
..dll
..htm
..html
..pps
..ppt
..bmp
..avi
..cda
..sys

can someone tell me where the icons are located? i looked in the shell32.dll
file, but they aren't there.
