I am building report based on a query in Access 2007. In my query there are
7 fields that I am getting my data for the report from. How can I get four
of these fields to repeat two additional times so that I will have three
columns of the data for each field?

Thanks. I tried that and the data just repeats itself in each column of the
report. I am trying to get it so if there is only one record it only lists
in the column on the further most left.

Let give a little more detail on what I am trying to accomplish. I have set
up Tables, Forms, and Querys for six buildings that I want to track the
locations of products. Each building could have up to 80,000 locations and
any one product number could have as many as 50 locations. To save paper and
the amount of pages my report will print for each building instead of having
each location print strait down the page I need it to list in columns accross
the page. I hope this makes sense.

Thanks
