Need Help With Removing rlvknlg

I have read and tried several things to remove this....I found that it is from RevelantKnowledge. I have edited my Reg and removed it from the start string, I have tried using the System Restore to a known good point.

I cannot find the file in my Win System 32 files where it says it should be but it loads every time I boot and slows things down to a crawl!!
