Need Help with RA Please!

I submitted a request for help last week and got none. Please answer. My
employer wants to use Remote Assistance but does not want any interaction
from the user to do this. The user should not initiate anything for the tech
to remotely help. They want this to work much like Netmeeting did with
Remote Desktop Sharing. Please assist, I need a reply quickly. Thanks
 
If your in a domain or trusted domain environment you can use the Remote
Assistance "Offer" functionality. See these KB articles for help...

Note that the "Novice" still has to give the "Expert" permission to both
view and take control of the Novice desktop.
