need help with powerpoint new user

Hi, I am just learning Powerpoint 2007 and I want to know how to save a
presentation so that it is an an attachment and when the receipint views it
it will automatically display as a slideshow as opposed to just the file.
How do I do this? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Office Button, click Save As, then choose PowerPoint Show (*.PPSX).

Alternatively, click Office Button, hover on Save As, then click PowerPoint
Show in the flyout on the right.

If you *know* they have PPT 2007, then definitely save as PPSX.

Otherwise, it may be better to save as "Powerpoint 97-2003 (*.PPS)"

Then, anyone with pretty much any version of PowerPoint/Viewer, Mac or
Windows, will be able to view the file.
