Need help with password recovery!

Like a dope, I reset my password and forgot what it was... is there anyway to
get back into my computer without reloading windows and all that that implies?
HELP!

This is very simple

just put in the username as Administrator and leave the password blank

you will now have administrator access

after that goto Start Menu > Run > (type in) control userpasswords

now click on the user you forgot the password of and change the
password

now login on your user with your new password

YOUR DONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
