When I click on "Help and Support" icon, I get...The
application or dll c:\windows\system32\itss.dll is not a
valid windows image. Please check against your
installation diskette.

I have no idea what to do?

Also when attemping to run my FAX program BITWARE, I get
a screen called 16 bit MS-DOS subsystem. in the screen
it says... The NTVDM CPU has encouted an illegel
instruction. CS:0549 IP:012a OP: db od 86 98 98
choose 'close' to terminate the application.

Any ideas?

Is it a DOS program? If so, I'd consider upgrading, DOS and XP do not get on
well. XP comes with free fax stuff, basically you can install a fax machine
as a printer and print direct to someones fax machine from word/outlook etc.
You can receive incoming faxes as well.

Fraser.
